Attorney Profile

About Max R. Tarbox

Mr. Tarbox practices primarily in business and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Tarbox has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Northern District of Texas since his appointment in December, 1993.

My experience includes not only more than 20 years as an attorney, but also serving as an international trade executive for a manufacturing firm and president of a sporting goods manufacturing firm for several years. As a former business executive, I understand the financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit aspects that are often paramount to a successful bankruptcy reorganization.
